Your tasks:
- Responsible for the functional verification of analog/mixed signal modules up to full chip top level
- Modelling of analog functionality for VerilaogAMS simulations
Your qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Physics or equivalent discipline (e.g. Dipl.-Ing. (FH, TU) Elektrotechnik or Informatik, Dipl.-Phy., Dipl.-Ing.)
- Deep understanding of and practical experience in the design of analog and mixed signal circuits
- Full command of Cadence FWII design tools, analog simulators Spice/Spectre, AMS
- Proficiency in mixed-signal chip verification
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work in a global development environment
