Currently, we are seeking an individual to fill a Project Manager position.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Requirements:
Must have 6+ years of experience leading formalized IT projects.
The proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, particularly as they relate to project management, and the ability to use project management methodologies in managing projects
Must have strong working knowledge and experience creating Work Break Down Structures, Risk Management plans, Gantt Charts, Pert Charts, Cost Estimating plans, and other concepts associated with project management methodologies.
The ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of technology.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with others internal and external to the Company, which includes senior and middle management levels.
Excellent presentation skills with proven experience delivering formal presentations to various levels of management.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for moderate to highly complex issues.
Excellent organization skills with the ability to drive departmental project objectives through to completion, and motivate others accordingly.
