Location: Irving, TX
Position Type: 4-12 Month Contract
Hourly: to $45 W2/$60 Corp-to-Corp
ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Systems Administrator/Engineer for a Contract opportunity in Irving, TX. The Systems Administrator/Engineer must be strong with ESX and Storage technologies (NetApp, HP 3PAR, EMC). This is a new position for a team going through a period of growth due to a company acquisition. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will consist of performing installations, configurations, administration, management, performance tuning, and advanced customization and advanced troubleshooting.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
Windows 2008 R2 Server Administration/Management/Troubleshooting
Server Performance Tuning/Optimization
VMware vSphere 4.1 and higher (ESX and ESXi)
Production VMware Builds
Support/Advanced Troubleshooting
Storage Administration
NetApp - Storage Systems (7 Mode, cDOT, Cluster)
NAS Configuration/CIFS & NFS/SnapManager Products/Snapshots, SnapMirror/ OSSV
SAN Configuration/Zoning on Fiber Channel Switches/Multi-Pathing/Replication (HUR, SnapMirror)
