Positionsbezeichnung: Banking Process Consultant (m/w) Batch Process Design
Projektbeschreibung:
For our client we're looking for a Banking Process Consultant (m/w).
- Act as a center of competence around job automation
- Comprehensive knowledge about the E2E batch process and job networks
- In-depth knowledge about dependencies to other applications taking part within the batch process
- Close cooperation and inteconnection with Production, Testbank and Projects
- SME support for Incident and Problem Management
- Ensure that Quality Gates are met for changes that affect Intraday/EoX processing
- Deep understanding and know-how about processes, Incident-&Problem Mgmt., Service Transition Mgmt. and E2E batch process perspective
- Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement
- Batch process Operating in an E2E perspective
Ensure that Intraday and End of X Processes are integrated and streamlined in an End-to-End manner across the various Systems involved (PS, DM, BA, BW, ETL, ZVKK, etc.) so that SLAs such as Clearing cut-offs are met
Batch Process Operating:
L1/ L2 Support for production like Environments (Service 09:00-18:00)
L2 Support for Production
Primary Contact for productive L1 Support (Jobcontrol)
Incident Handling and Communication
Quality Gate for UC4 Development (reg. Maintainability)
Service Request + GCM Review
Technical responsibility for UC4 Filetransfer
Processes + Tools:
Design/ Optimisation of all UC4 related Processes
CRB/ CAB Attendance
Incident and Problem Mgmt
Defect Mgmt
Escalation Mgmt
Housekeeping
