. Lead Technical Resource for Major Projects
. Develop resource work plan at the task level for major project plans.

Minimum 5-7 years experience troubleshooting Cisco-based LANs (Routers, Switches, VLANs, VPN, etc.)
Expert knowledge of Cisco IOS Network Operating System
Minimum 2-3 years experience of Cisco VoIP infrastructure design/implementation
Expert knowledge of LAN infrastructure concepts, computer networks and telecommunications access
Expert knowledge of ACLs, VLANs and QoS
Expert knowledge of PC operating systems and general office applications
Extensive hands-on expertise in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Servers
Strong knowledge of Ethernet, DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, H323, SCCP, MGCP,SIP, TFTP, DHCP, TCT/IP, HRSP, ISDN Q931, HDLC, EIGRP protocols
Adept at critical thinking/logical/troubleshooting techniques
Strong customer service skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Project Management principles (planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling)
Working knowledge of business processes
Basic telecommunications and wireless industry knowledge (highly preferred)
Cellular industry knowledge (highly preferred)

Working knowledge of Relational Databases (Oracle, Microsoft Access)
Working knowledge of Firewalls
