Scope of employment:
This role will act as a Deputy of Software Development Director.
Responsibility for the .NET teams including resource management, planning and personal development
as well as the selection of new employees and team members.
Pre-Sales activities and Key Account management for the existing portfolio as well as new client acquisitions.
Responsibility for all technical aspects of the .NET platform including strategy definition.
Participation in formulating and enforcing development principles and guidelines.
Technical work on customer projects.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of overall .NET platform experience.
Minimum 3 years of people management.
Proven experience with design and advocacy of enterprise application architectures.
Good understanding of source control, release management and software development life-cycle.
Experience with the product MS SQL Server (MS Share Point or BizTalk Server will be an advantage).
Knowledge of business terminology and procedures in an international environment.
Fluency in English (Czech is not required).
