Task:
Application Support Services:
? Delivery of technical application infrastructure support for Customer applications in relation Central, De-central, Web based, Middleware applications, Application Provisioning solutions and systems
? Supplier should adhere to Incident Management Processes in relation to technical domain including the resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input to Problem Management.
? Supplier to assist in Management of Problem tickets in relation to multiple or repeat incidents including root cause analysis
? Provide on-call 24x7 support services for application related incidents
? Supplier to provide consulting and support for the Installation, implementation, administration, release, change, testing and distribution of software, patches, fixes and rollouts in a distributed network environment systems landscape
? Planning & Design, concept, realization , administration and operation of application specific IT infrastructure
? Technical Product Responsibility
? Develop and maintain operational concepts for application landscapes
? Cooperation with projects and technical management of projects
? Management of small projects or sub-projects both National and International
? Documentation of Application landscapes as per agreed processes using appropriate templates and documentation standards
? Develop and maintain excellent working and communication relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements (Must have):
Supplier Qualifications:
? University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
? Several years of experience in support and operations of complex IT solutions
? Deep knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX operating systems
? Deep knowledge of high available client server applications (Unix/Windows)
? Willingness to take responsibility and show commitment
? Distinct customer focus and advisory skills
? Project management expertise
? Communication and presentation skills
? Team and target-oriented approach to work
? Willing to undertake business travel
? Creativity, show personal initiative and reliability
? Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing

Nice to have:
Ideally knowledge about EAI middleware software products like WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, Connect:Direct, Tibco, Webmethods
