Role:
Responsible for support and troubleshooting of the Corporate server and network infrastructure providing technical delivery into various environments in line with the ITIL framework. Work on the trouble tickets raised by users and resolve them within reasonable time frame.
Responsible for support and troubleshooting of the Corporate server and network infrastructure providing technical delivery into various environments in line with the ITIL framework. Work on the trouble tickets raised by users and resolve them within reasonable time frame.
Delivery of allocated Work packages to the agreed time and quality parameters.
Day to Day support and maintenance of IT Services, including the resolution and update of trouble tickets assigned to you by the team lead.
Skills & Experience:
Significant working experience in Microsoft, Cisco technologies and Symantec, accreditation is essential (MCSE/MCITP, CCNA etc)
Very Good understanding of design, implementation and recovery methods/strategies in varying
Experience:
Router/Switch/Firewall configuration, VLAN, Remote Desktop services, Data Backup services,
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve Server infrastructure and Network faults
Must have the ability to work on own initiative, managing small projects and working autonomously From Programme Management.
Hands on experience of virtualization products (Hyper-V),VMware
Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies
Experience in Windows Server 2012,MSSQL Administration
Strong experience with cloud hosting and the Azure/AWS infrastructure
