Our client, a global pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Project Manager Process Development, to support their site in the greater Basel area.Start: Mid-September 2014
Duration: 6 months
Location: Greater Basel area, Switzerland
Role and Responsibilities
Establishment of business processes and standard operating procedures with focus on:
• Compiling an end-to-end specification lifecycle management business process
• Consolidation of previous work and knowledge
• Identification of interfaces to other business processes
• Manage contacts with organisational units to compile information, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Develop project plans and establish work priorities to meet targets and timelines
• Ensuring compliance with Quality Management System
• Responsibility for the adequacy and Good Document Practice of the documentation to be established
• Co-ordinate Documents on the basis of existing documentation management systems
Requirements
• University level education, preferably with an engineering or natural sciences degree
• Experience with Quality Management Systems in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device Industry
• Experience of working under cGxP, QSR or similar working practices
• Knowledge of Process management and Risk Assessments
• Excellent command of English and German
• Excellent documentation skills
• Team Player
• Excellent collaborative and oral/interpersonal/communication skills
