Your tasks:
- Design and implement the mode of Operation for the Command of Center with the supplier
- Design and implement the Technical Operation Center (TOC) Processes (inc.l incident management, escalation, duty management, service requests)
- Design and implement TOC Tools (Kt, reporting, monitoring), material, office setup
- Review TOC resources assigned by the supplier (screen profiles) and organize training (if required)
- Review Service Catalog items “offered” (all supplier services)
- Define ticket routing & support the BI reporting lead
- Define required equipment for TOC
- Track ticket backlog until completion after transition
- Lead all workshop regarding TOC services
- Communication with stakeholders (service cluster managers)
Your qualifications
- Profound project manager skillset
- Experienced in Service Desk, Dekstop Management, Server Operations
- Experience in performing implementation of an Operation Center (server monitoring , incident management and service request management)
- Experience regarding managed service, communication and negotiation with suppliers (references are mandatory)
- Knowledge in BI/Reporting and ITIL certification are an advantage
- Fluent English skills
