Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2561 for a Technical Project Manager within the Storage (f/m).Project environment
A global Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a Base Services Storage Technical Project Manager who will have the primary responsibility to support the implementation of products and services within the Storage (includes distributed SAN attached storage and respective supporting Backup environment) vertical.
Tasks
• Member of the Base Services Project Delivery team.
• Planning and implementation of Storage and Backup related projects.
• Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects are tracked and delivered to the expected quality standards.
• Maintain respective project documentation.
Requirements
• Project Management and coordination methodology.
• Proven Distributed Storage and Enterprise Backup experience in a Project or Support role (3+ years preferred).
• Proven experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) in a Project or Support role (3+ years preferred).
• Experience in customer / client facing roles is advantageous.
• Experience in outsourcing environments is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, working daily with multiple remote sites.
• Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
