Project & program management experience must include:
Operational experience: management of wireless network deployment
People management in multicultural environment
Deployment of mobile networks organisation and management
Contractor's management: achieving results oriented by a combination of consensus and strong relationship
Performance & quality management: experience in process, methodology and efficiency improvement (KPI, audits)
Technical expertise is complemented by an experience in contract and budget management within consultant companies.
