Project Manager - Network background, Tower lead, German speaking.
My client a very large outsourcing company based in Stuttgart are searching for a Project manager to manage a Datacentre consilidation.
-24 month + contract position
-€65-75 per hour
Responsiblities;
-Setup of DC LAN (Frankfurt/Ruesselsheim) and NW Security Infrastructure
-Setup Site Connectivity (WAN)
-Setup LAN Services in Duesseldorf, London, New York
-Voice Services
Requirements/Skills:
-Tower lead experience.
-Technical Background from Network and knowledge about HP NW Standards
-Responsible for coordinating, planning, controlling of all T&T projects per tower
-Responsible for project management of related tower (supported by PMO)
-Create and manages project plan
-Manage issues, decisions and risks, including escalation to next level
-Report tower progress, status, risks and forecast in HP transformation program governance
-Manage and monitors financials
-Manage procurement
-Manage transformation activities per tower and ensures the right people are involved
-Manage cross-location dependencies within the tower as well as dependencies between towers (and ensure involvement of GTM/TTL, if applicable)
-Organize and prepare tower reviews and health checks, represent tower in transformation program reviews and health checks
-Setup and organize regular governance meetings with Portigon Financial Services counterpart and within tower
German speaking.
