Representation* Take the role of an ambassador of the Office 2013 Rollout Project in his / her department or rollout area.
* Give Feedback to the project team and steering member of his / her main department
Test
* Define Applications that need to be tested in addition to the Connect IT listed applications with Office Interfaces
* Define Client Only Applications (e.g. Macros, Access DBs) that need to be tested
* Communicate Test Necessities for client only applications together with the project team to his / her department or rollout area
* Coordinate Tests with the project team and responsible PVs / BVs
* Provide Testing Status for Applications in his / her department or rollout area
* Track Issues together with the project team and define measures
* Approve Testing Scope for his / her department or rollout area
* Declare department or rollout area as "Office 2013 Rollout ready" (or not)
Rollout
* Approve and Communicate Rollout Timeframe for his / her department or rollout area
* Support Project Team during Rollout
* Stay in close contact with rollout areas and support mitigation of problems during rollout
* Fundierte Projekterfahrung im Rollout von Office 2013 oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
* Fundierte Projekt-Management und Rollout Management Erfahrung
* Min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der BMW AG IT wünschenswert
* Sprachen: fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
