A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior Reporting Operations Manager. The role should be capable of taking over an existing reporting process form a leaving person.
Tasks
• Data consolidation from multiple sources in a single XLS.
• Maintenance of existing and creation of new charts in XLS.
• Updating content in Sales presentations based on data and charts previously generated in XLS.
• Publish documents using internal systems.
• Coordination with Product Development and Management.
• Work on improving and automating the existing process based on Business Objects XI3 reporting environment.
Requirements
• At least 3 years' experience of working in a similar role in financial industry.
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert in Business Objects (managing Queries and Reports).
• Good understanding of financial industry, preferably Pooled Products (Asset Management).
• Some SME knowledge is a plus.
• Team player, open for change and most importantly willing to drive the change.
