Your tasks:
- One project manager for corporate services for Dublin and London with the following criteria:
- Providing leadership and strategic coordination, providing support, development and feedback to internal / external resources as needed
- Creating, implementing and delivering of operational plans aligned with the business plans and targets
- Contributing ideas, innovations and insights based on operational needs to the overall business plans, to ensure the right objectives and focus is set in that plan
- Ensuring each project adheres to the governance required by the Program Office including the maintenance of full documentation
- Establishing and building relationships across FMS-SG to facilitate achievement of strategic goals maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle
- Determining internal / external resources required to deliver the projects. The project manager will have responsibility for staff identification and hiring process
- Responsibility for accurate and timely reporting against project plans and budget in line with appropriate governance
- Practical duties amongst others: - Planning of modifications for office space - office furniture, room allocation, floor plans - Preparing/defining specifications for tenders and analyse tender returns
Your qualifications

- Good knowledge in MS-Office, MS-Project, Excel and Word
