Process Engineer (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Lead project execution team to achieve fixed deliverables on time
- Present high level technical updates (including changes to risk, cost and deliverables) in alignment with functional leaders
- Provide input for planning, scoping, scenarios and strategy
- Lead sub-team and manage functional deliverables
- Manage sub-projects/programs
- Chair sub-team meetings and account for overall team progress
- Escalate sub-team issues as needed
- Ensure quality of sub-team deliverables
- Engage functional leadership
- Prepare formal fact based technical reviews and discussions with appropriate functional leaders including recommendations (with risks) or options (with pros and cons)
- Ensure adequate functional resources are available and raise/escalate if they are not
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or pharma-related scientific field
- Experience in pharmaceutical project management
- Relevant commercial manufacturing experience in large-scale bioprocess manufacturing
- Work experience in process transfer, GMP manufacturing, process development in the biotechnology and/or vaccine industry
- Process experience with cell culture operations associated to therapeutic protein or bulk antigen manufacture is preferred
- Ability to lead team and manage effectively
- Ability to effectively partner with diverse team members from various functions, multiple countries and members at various levels in organization
- Must be a self-starter, be able to work with minimal supervision in a matrix environment
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Good analytic skills for problem solving
- Able to build constructive relationships with team members
