We urgently require a Certification coordinator for our client based in GermanyReview, plausibility and validity check of suppliers equipment certifications
Review and plausibility check of submission of accompanying legal documentation
Administration of data entries in Documentum, VIP and the certification matrix
Management of internal and external communication between the supplier, project leads and conformity assessment body
Monthly progress reporting and expediting
Certifications cost trend monitoring and reporting
Input to change management
Graduated technician or mechanical engineer, or equivalent education
good skills in using MS office tools and Lotus Notes
Ability to lead internal/external project communication, to lead meetings and to prepare presentations
Ability to follow-up and manage interfaces between supplier, project leads and conformity assessment body
Ability to prepare reports, carry out progress monitoring and expedite agreed due dates
Fluently spoken and written English
Able to read Russian
Willingness to travel to Supplier
