KPI Optimisation & Tuning Engineer - 3G/RBS 6000 - Düsseldorf
Recruiting for a major telecommunications company, we are searching for KPI Optimisation & Tuning Engineers, to be based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
The languages used in the team are English and German. Suitable candidates must be fluent English speakers and have conversational German as a minimum.
The purpose of the role is to enhance this local team with KPI Acceptance & Optimization expertise as part of the KPI team. Knowledge transfer and in-depth discussion with the customer about radio performance are the key elements of this roll which will be backed from the overall competence in the KPI team.
Qualifications & experience required
- Senior knowledge and experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization for GSM, WCDMA and LTE
- Good process knowledge about all NRO (network rollout) processes
- Senior understanding of database management, radio network planning and optimization tools and field measurement tools
- Experience in NRO/KPI & Tuning projects
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Access
- Very good understanding of working in KPI & Tuning domains
