Acquisition Lease Checker - Stuttgart
An Acquisition Lease Checker is needed on contract basis in Stuttgart for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate contracts from the customer´s system in a timely manner
- Chase third parties for contract if not available in the customer´s tool#
- Establish and carry out the process for consistent and timely contract scanning
- Identify and prioritise contracts (based on Cluster approach in case of urgency)
- Verify, that no contractual obligations restrict the planned swap ( eg limitations in modification/expansion rights/used technologies etc.)
- Define a checklist
- Screen and examine all contracts (limitation on contract duration, technical issues
- Define categories of landlords that require a specific communication scenario
- Execute categorization of landlords and document in database (eg reporting of actual status)
- Determine communication to landlord
- Handover towards Acquisition Coordinator
Requirements:
- Working experience in Site Acquisition
- Fluent German and good English language skills
