RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize business analysis, communication and technical skills to gauge, assess, influence, suggest and implement digital marketing solutions
  • Define conceptual system requirements into a technical design consisting of job flows and program specifications.
  • Investigates alternatives and makes recommendations.
  • Manages eMarketing projects according to milestones.
  • Aid in the systems development process, including planning & monitoring systems development efforts, coordinating activities within other groups, reviewing deliverables and communicating to management.
  • Understand customers' business objectives and system requirements and work closely with customers to determine their strategic information requirements and measure performance against expectations.
  • Coordinates with validation analysts software quality testing documentation, develops preliminary findings for review with business stakeholders and agencies of record and/or management.
  • 100% compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures, in addition to applicable federal and/or state laws.
  • Accountable for translating the business process and its requirements into a business solution. Accountable for requirements, design, testing and implementation deliverables.
  • Models the business process, reconciling the process and data models.
  • Designs the application architecture.
  • Provides business leadership to the developers on the project teams.

COMPETENCIES:
Prepare strategic business requirements, uses accepted concepts, standards, SDLC methodologies, and tool sets; fully utilize data and process modelling techniques along with workflow analysis techniques; consult with customer and systems personnel to determine type of information to be processed; devise data verification methods and standard systems procedures; define and analyze needs and information requirements; prepare charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analysing problems, utilizing various business, scientific, engineering and mathematical techniques; plan projects; estimate project requirements; communicate well with customers at a level they understand; develop in-depth understanding of business areas where existing or modernized programs could provide solutions.

  • Digital Marketing experience
  • IT Software Life Cycle experience
  • Works with minimal management direction and demonstrates excellent business judgment and ensures overall results and objectives have been achieved.
  • Proactive workload management, scheduling and excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled at implementing social, mobile, and web-based platforms
  • Working knowledge of software programming and IT operations
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Project management and financial acumen
  • Product launch experience is preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent training or work experience; knowledge of data modelling; knowledge of business functions supported by a major application system or multiple smaller systems.
  • Five plus years applications analysis experience or equivalent; some experience with or exposure to business process management and an awareness of the use of information technology to improve work processes.
