Client is looking for Software Asset Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will work on a range of SAM Services activities that contribute to the creation of high value customer facing software licensing reports.
Responsibilities will include:
- Researching & documenting software licensing rules and product information for a wide range of software publishers.
- Monitoring and quality checking results of automated processes to determine a customer's licensable inventory
- Applying complex licensing rules to determine a customer's actual license position.
- Using Client's Asset Manager to reconcile the customer's software installation and license data to produce a range of license management reports.
- Developing expertise in all aspects of software license management and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives and ongoing development of the service.
COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Experience: 2 years work experience in an IT or Business role
Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Systems or Business related discipline.

Desired skills:
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of software products and software installation methodologies.
- Knowledge of software vendor licensing rules.
