A Renewable Energy client is looking for 3 Foundation Client Reps to start in May 2014 until end of August 2014 with possibility of extension. These individuals will be focusing on offshore wind farm projects with offshore rotation being 14 days on/off, 7 working days per week. Working hours are dependent on work-load and this requirement would suit someone with a flexible approach. Night shifts will occur.

Task to be included:
Maintain an accurate record of all installation activities on a daily basis throughout the execution phase
Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor
Ensure the Contractor proactively manages safety and quality
At all times whilst on duty, act, behave and lead by example according to the clients values
Participate in preparing the DPR to be used.
Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as required.
Ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties.
Review and understand RA/MS and QHSE documents as required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents.
Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being carried out in a safe manner to the required quality.
During all defined key activities and otherwise as often as practicable be present as a witness during installation.
Access all work areas provided it is safe to do so.
Participate in weekly safety walks with HSE representatives from the client and Contractor organisations.

Experience:
2 years relevant work experience within Foundation Client Representation.
Minimum 5 years' professional experience within Offshore wind Industry
Able to work independently within the first week on site and contribute constructively to the team work
Good coordination skills, ability to perform under challenging conditions and keep track of all relevant subprojects/tasks
Comprehensive knowledge and experience of ISO 14001 and 18001.
CDM and Marine awareness qualification
IOSH Managing Safety
Offshore lifting experience and LOLER training
CDM and Marine awareness qualifications
Mandatory Certifications: Offshore transfer, survival at sea with HUET (or BOSIET), working at heights, offshore medical, confined space, etc. Please note that the client only accepts a certificate validity of up to two years.
Experience from working on Energy projects
Able to work independently within the first week on site and contribute constructively to the team work

Special Provision
The Consultant must bring his/her own PC with Microsoft Office software and mobile telephone.
The Consultant shall bring his/her own PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and shall complete all necessary safety training to comply with client site requirements.
