RNO Engineer_Regional Munich(Swap and Rollout) –Munich /GER1x RNO Engineer_Regional (Swap and Rollout) is needed in, on contract base in Germany (Munich) for one of our clients, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Aibility to work in Germany and fluent German and English language are prerequisite for an application. Start date will be ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
? Wap cluster definition.
? Deliver network KPI & cluster acceptance after swap.
? Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks.
? Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
? Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.
? RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.
? Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF parameter workshop) with customers and subcontractors.
? Technical support on RNP&O issues and communication with customers.
Qualifications:
? Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) degree
? Experience in RF planning and optimization at 5 years.
? Experience with big vendors is a big plus here
? Experience in GSM/WCDMA technology and ability to optimize networks to improve the performance by the experience of RF algorithm & parameters.
? Familiarity with drive tests and post processing tools for optimization (e.g. TEMS, NEMO, ACTIX and Rhode & Schwarz).
? Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills.
? Fluent in English, German (preferred )
