Aufgaben/Rahmenbedigungen:
• A review of the current Network Security Architecture is to be done in order to streamline the current architecture
• Deliverables are a streamlined Network Security Architecture, approved by several authorities within the customer’s organization and the initiation of an implementation project to implement this new architecture
• This role is expected to manage a project in the context of the Security Improvement Program of the customer
• Members of the project team are external internal unit accountable for Application Management (Domain)
• This role is also expected to challenge the suggested streamlined architecture concerning security, state of the art and efficiency aspects
• Goal of the new Network Security Architecture is to have an easy to administrate environment that allows fast implementation of changes, support and agile way of project management as well as a state of the art protection
Fachliche Qualifikation:
• Expert in the area of Network Security Architectures
• Experienced in the Energy & Utilities Business
• Track record of consultancy experience in the requested topic
• Track record in ISO, CEN, BS or other standards
• Track record in Security, Privacy, Compliance and Continuity
• Excellent knowledge of Firewall Systems / Routers / Switches / Loadbalancer / IDS-IPS / Proxies
• Experienced in Data Center Security Architecture
• Track record in Project Management
Other Skills:
• Experience with the Supplier Governance Organization or with any comparable outsourcing environment
• Profound experience of working in an international environment
• Sound leadership experience and leadership competence
• Highly developed intercultural competence
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Highly developed customer- and service orientation
• High Ability to deal with conflicts and cope with stress
• Highly developed team orientation, persuasive power and ability to cooperate also in conflict situations
• Highly self-dependent, result- and process-oriented way of work
• Highly developed communication skills
• Highly strategically way of thinking
• Excellent language skills English and preferably also German
