Radio Network Optimization Team Leader - Düsseldorf/ GERA RNO Team Leader is needed for one of our international clients in the Telecommunications arena,
on contract basis to start ASAP in Düsseldorf. Eligibility to work in EU and good German language
skills are prerequisites for an application.
Responsibilities:
? Leading project team for reaching acceptance KPIs and project success.
? Communicating with customer as an Interface of RF team and keeping a good cooperation
relationship.
? Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF parameters workshop) with customers and
subcontractors.
? Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
? Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE
networks.
? Training and knowledge transfer to team members.
? Support project management team.
? Help in establishing technical processes.
? Other vendors experience is appreciated
Requirements:
? Team management skills
? Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) Degree
? Experience in RF planning and optimization for the last 10 years
? Experience in 2G/3G swap project as RF team leader
? Experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE technologies
? Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills
? Valid driving license in Germany
? Other vendors experience is appreciated
? Fluent in German and English
