My client a global market leader in the insurance sector are searching for a 1st/2nd level support specialist with very good communication skills. This is a German speaking position based in the heart of Munich.
Paying from €30-€36 per hour.
Tasks:
-Work in a large team supporting many internal customers at desk over the telephone.
-Solving 1st and 2nd level ticket requests.
-Telephone support
Skills:
-Ticketing systems experience.
-1st and 2nd level support knowledge 12 months +
-Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
-Fluent German speaking.
