Profil: Das Beraterprofil muss in Englisch sein
Aufgabe:
• Key point of contact and support for business, suppliers and customer on the infrastructure lifecycle (ILM) program
• Information provider and tracker for the ILM program deliverables
• Responsible for the business as usual ILM deliverables
• Central contact and organizer of the MSA, liaising with and advising the business on allocation availability and best course of action, liaising with Microsoft to illicit expertise within the support agreement and initiating contact between the customer and sub companies technical experts and Microsoft for outside of the agreement requests
• Organize and hold ILM update meeting with all parties. Organize and hold meeting with management consultancy and the customer to update and move forward their deliverables
• Represent the customer in the production of TDD’s, PnPM’s, service/product production and participate in architectural groups and formulated communicates for all technical competence subjects
• Incident and problem support for all competency subjects
• Assist project and product management for all technical competency subjects
Soft-Skills:
• Able to advise and communicate on Infrastructure Lifecycle Management issues to varying audiences with differing technical understanding
• Able to participate in architectural work forums and give best practice advice and best fit opinions – including future strategy’s
• Must possess ability to present results of analysis in varying formats, both verbally and visually and maintain a shared information portal in a timely manner
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Must be self-confident and able to present a structured argument in favor of their proposals or solutions
Fach-Skills:
• Understanding of application infrastructure components and their interdependencies (including bandwidth, connectivity, storage, back up, database, server types, O/S, cloud, VM ware, Infrastructure software, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and infrastructure reports with excellent Excel skills and preferable Access database or equivalent tool
• Past experience with O/S roadmap topics, Microsoft architecture and multi-layer environments
• Past program management experience desirable
• Past Microsoft customer agreement management experience desirable
• Past Capacity management experience desirable
