Aufgabe:
Within the Enterprise Reporting project a Senior Business Analyst is required to:
- collect and describe the requirements and solution design for the integration of wholesale as an interims solution for business concern in Market Risk needs
- finalize the business requirements for the Credit Risk application interface and push harmonization of Market and Credit Risk figures.
- present harmionization issues on a managerial level
- delivers harmonization proposals, solution designs together with development
- aligns with buiness the prototype, aligns the UAT test scope and test strategy with business,
supports business in testing activities, challenges developer to meet business requirements and pushes actively harmonization of requirements with business.
Fach-Skills:
Business:
Very good knowledge about Energy Trading business and/or Energy Wholesale business process.
Understanding about the reporting requirements in business and the definition of KPIs
(Market Risk, Credit Risk, Finance and/or Controlling Reporting know-how). Ideally knowledge and experience within energy utility Business.
Strength in analyzing raw data and find and explain deviations.
Practical experiences in energy utility projects and knowledge about its system landscapes.
IT:
obligatory:
Ability to create interims solution with Excel/Power Pivot/VBA
Ability to extract and query data with SQL statements from Oracle DBs
non-obligatory :
Data Warehouse Know-How, data modelling, data mapping,
Knowledge about data model of wholesale applications like Pegasus, IS-U,
Tools (optional): Power Designer, PowerPivot , SQL , Tableau
Experiences in project teams working in scrum teams.
Vast experiences in requirement definition, development of concepts and prototypes, testing of reporting solutions, validation of data quality
Soft-Skills:
Excellent moderation and presentation skills,
good communication skills on senior management level (can moderate and convince on senior management level),
convincing and self confident
