we need for a client project an Infrastructure Project Manager m/f.
Skill description: The consultant shall take over the technical coordination for all infrastructure related topics in several similar carve out projects. Duration of the project is till end of 2012 and full time job.

IT Skill required : The person should be experienced in

1. IT architecture – Frameworks used to structure the existing IT architecture.
2. Merger and acquisition Integration – Applying planning of IT-Post-Merger-integration for IT-M&A activities “ due diligence” processes (assessed existing IT-environments, IT-service qualities etc.)
3. Risk management – Identifying and assessing real time IT-risks in the project- and operation phases and illustrating risk-reducing alternatives
The person should be experienced in analytical thinking, communication skills, change orientation and management, organizational awareness, customer focus, work management and team working.
He or she should have project management skills including 1. Administration – Plans, supervises and directs a project by establishing project tasks and the time required for processing of the project expenses, on budget and staffing; distinction between ‘project framework’ and ‘outside the project framework’, and brings this clearly expressed 2. Project methodology – Sets before beginning work planning an appropriate approach for a project established (Special for IT projects, methods used for project management such as RUP, SCRUM, PuLSE, V-Model, notation and familiar metrics of software development) 3. Project planning – Sets standards, expectations and project structure established; determined working sections of a project and their temporal order, assigns resources to the operations, plans to transfer and integration into daily business 4. Quality control – Ensures that quality standards are met and standards
