Cooperation Managers

with the following skills and requitements:

- 3-5 years of experience in offshore wind or renewable energy projects

- cooperation management in M&A or due diligence consultancy, interface management between cooperation project and central functions

- coordinate the setup of relevant organisational processes for a joint venture such as implementation of governance models and changed organiztaional setups

- preparation of due diligence with selected investors

- overall quality management of legal, commercial and technical documents

- fluent English and German language skills and an engineering background

Duration - 1 year with possible extension of 1 year
