In this interim function the person is leading the ERP- EDI-Team. Global responsibility for ERP / EDI processes, standards and architecture. Plans, defines, and develops ERP / EDI systems strategies and standards and coordinates, manages, and evaluates the work of assigned to the ERP + EDI support and project teams. Is able to work hands on in SAP ERP, especially in the PP area.- Lead the ERP and EDI Team
- Define global business application solution standards, data standards and architecture
- Analyzes global IT demands to provide common IT solution platforms for more than one location
- Develop and provide global business process models and setup global system configurations
- Provide application strategy including IT market trend
- Ensure application and data consistency of standard application platforms through change- and release management
- Provide solution/configuration templates including documentation for deployment to local business application teams
- Provide 3rd level support for all global business application platforms using service delivery framework
- Lead and participate in global, support local projects using Project Delivery Framework
- 7+ years in Application Environment preferably in automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Quality, Logistic & Production Processes
- Deep experience in PP including configuration / customizing
- Experience in leading a team and ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities
- Ability to communicate with internal & external customers and suppliers
- Ability to provide technology solutions that meet the business needs, Scope, Time & Cost
- Results oriented with strong problem solving and analytic skills
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems
- Willingness to travel (30%)
