IT SupportGraduate IT Support to resolve basic incidents and ensure an end to end customer experience. This role will be based in Hamburg, on a long term month rolling contract.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Recent graduate
Assist client remote support team to perform basic troubleshooting and isolation testing using PC at customer office
Be accessible via mobile phone or assigned desk phone or mail from client
Be contact for end user communications who require assistance with the resolution of IT related problems and service requests at customer office
Work with remote help desk to address end user PS issues, eg Windows operation
Systems and general office use applications
