SKILLS:Position Requirements:
- Experience as Full time or a contract PeopleSoft HCM functional
- Experience in several of the following modules: Workforce Administration, Recruiting, Talent Management, Base Benefits, Self-service and the Approval Framework
- Expert skills in the End-to-end Life cycle including: Designing solutions in the HCM system, Communicating solutions in Functional Requirements and Design Documents, Testing solutions
Skills desired:
- Expertise in planning and implementing PeopleSoft HCM on release PeopleSoft 9.1
- Ability to configure business rules in PeopleSoft workforce administration, benefits, candidate gateway, manager self-service, and approvals
- Ability to set up and configure test data in a PeopleSoft system
- Ability to set up and configure PeopleSoft security, including user profiles, roles, and permission lists
- Expertise in testing
- Strong preference for a local candidate. Could work remotely 1 day a week
