• XML – could help with creating custom actions for use in workflows.

• SQL queries and SQL Server (when we have our own instance we want to make sure that everything is running as best it can)
• ASP.Net
• HTML /CSS (for creating tables, look and feel, etc..)
Taste for forms design and interaction with users.
• Web design.
• Image creation for forms identification.
