Proteus Europe are currently looking for a Calypso back office business analyst for one of our clients based in Germany.Job description:
Mandatory skills:
- experience as Calypso Business Analyst
- extending Calypso functionality via customization
- integrating Calypso into a complex Bank IT application landscape
- very good knowledge of IT development life cycle & architecture
- very good knowledge of test management processes, test case definition and test execution
- very good knowledge of SQL & XML (including XML transformation)
- Advanced level Calypso knowledge with proven project experience in:
- deal capture & trade life cycle of FX, MM, FXO, CRD, IRD, EQD and Commodity products
- trade workflows & transfer generation
- Calypso messaging
- Confirmations (Paper, DS Match, CLS)
- Payments & Accounting (SWIFT, internal settlement systems, client accounting)
- task station & access permissions
- DTCC GTR module for EMIR and Dodd Frank regulations
- Reporting Functionalities
- CalypsoML
- Networks, Pacemaker, Legal-DB, OTC HOST, FSD and EUROSIG
- very good knowledge about financial instruments (FX/MM and OTC derivatives) and the related business processes
- very good knowledge about FX/MM and OTC derivatives settlement processes (trade validation requirements, confirmation processes, settlement & CCP clearing, accounting, collateral)
- good knowledge about regulatory requirements in financial markets (especially EMIR, Dodd Frank and Canadian regulations)
Desireable skills:
- fluent in German
- good knowledge of HP Quality Center
