Senior technical PeopleSoft expert to set up and administer PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM infrastructure and environments in Europe.The position is also responsible for coordinating all European environments with the project environments in the US, coordinating software configuration maintenance and change control processes.
A synchronization process for all data between the US instance and the European system has to be designed and implemented
Anforderung:
Unix +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
Linux +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
Oracle +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
PeopleSoft HCM ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
PeopleSoft Development Tools (PeopleCode) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
- Deep knowledge and experience in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft technical setups.
- Knowledge of synchronization methods and technologies for database synchronization and knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
- Ability to coordinate in a global project environment and with members of other IT teams in Europe, the US and India.
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with data encryption in a human resource environment
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade projects (an upgrade from Version 8.3 to version 9.1 is planned)
- Knowledge of human resource processes in the area of Personnel Administration
