Your tasks:
- Analyze user needs and design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions for operational need
- Define user requirements for development of new or improvement of existing software solutions
- Model, design and implement databases as necessary
- Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle
- Ensuring the fine-tuning necessary to finalize the product
Your qualifications
- Very good knowledge of Java/J2EE programming languages
- Very good knowledge of at least one scripting language (pref. Perl, Python)
- Able to adapt to new technologies and development standards
- Good experience in agile development
- Experience with Hadoop or DevOps methodology
- Project experience in large data center environments
- Good knowledge of one or more Operating Systems (Linux, HP-Unix, Window)
- Working with standard web and application server products (Apache, JBOSS, Glassfish, WebLogic)
