Resident Engineer (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Procure from the customer all technical elements necessary for the design
- Look for solutions according to customer requirements and suggest technical proposals to project manager for project decision
- Design technical proposal with CAD software (CATIA V5) taking into consideration the feasibility (styling surface, parting lines, aspect, injection, demolding, painting, assembly, packaging, perceived quality, recycling)
- Manage the daily technical flow of information between the customer and the client
- Liaise with all the customer departments to make sure all the design constraints regarding the parts interfaces are considered
- Manage the CAD file exchanges with the customer respecting internal standards and customer specifications
- Report to the project manager the status of the design at the customer
Your qualifications
- Working experience in the Resident Engineer field or in a similar position
- Knowledge in CATIA V5 from the user point of view
- Experience in the Automotive business
