Your tasks:
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring
- Monitor the countries' commitments regarding risk data submission (deadlines)
- Confirm that all entities have reported
- Check the quality of data, liaise with RCO to ensure all is gathered and analysed accordingly
- Prepare risk data report for SACC and DCC
- SP3 Self-Assessment
- Point of contact for technical issues
- Check upload and upload errors
- Check results and status of the remediation
- Update entities/users
- Analyse data and prepare data for the SACC and DCC
- Gather and compile SP3 submission requests; liaise with project owners regarding sufficiency of submissions
- Send the requests to the Bio Pharma Officer ad interim and to the committee
- Send the agenda to the SP3 Committee
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in pharmaceutical industries and in compliance management
- Profound experience in SOP management
- Very good knowledge in GMP and GCP
- Good knowledge in QM-Systems
- Good German and English skills
- Good MS Word and Excel skills
