- Collect operational requirements
- Identify, document and catalogue operational requirements
- Communicate requirements to development teams
- Write and maintain functional specification for development teams
Your qualifications
- Very good Business Analysis experience
- Very good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Operations
- Strong knowledge on Linux/Unix and Relational databases (LAMP)
- Good knowledge of Red Hat
- Good experience on large or complex projects in a high availability environment
- English fluently
