Our Client are looking for senior Java developers to become part of a team in charge with developing large-scale software solutions using Java technologies according to the given requirements specification, using specific guidelines and methodology.This role will include the following responsibilities:
Develop software solutions in accordance with defined objectives (quality, security, time schedule)
Assistance in drawing up and validating technical specifications
Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation
Implementing corrective actions
Reporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes.
Job Requirements:
Technical skills:
Good command of technologies, programming languages, databases, solutions and tools used in developing the assigned software applications
Minimum 3 years hands-on development experience of Java Web, including, but not limited to Struts or Spring MVC or JSP etc.
Familiar with Spring, Hibernate
Solid understanding of programming concepts
Enthusiasm and passion for web environment.

Ability to openly present her/his own ideas
Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and German
Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives
Action and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected
An ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results - orientated nature
He/she should also have strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention to details.
