The role is more of Development of New TIBCO MDM Projects along with Service Operations and Service Support
1. Service Support Includes
a) Functional Support - L2 Support
b) Incident Management - L2+L3 support

d) Service Request Fulfilment - L2 Support
e) Communication to End Users - L2 Support
2. Service Operations Support Includes - L2 Support
a) Service Monitoring
b) Event and Alert Management
c) Access Management
d) Data Management
