We are looking for a candidate to lead a critical project stream of the ENDUR maintenance release strategy project. This stream is aiming to release with minimum risk and effort.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop a practical test plan and a hands-on test strategy in general for the upcoming and following ENDUR maintenance releases
- Development of a test case pack that is repetitive and standardized so it can be re-used for future ENDUR releases
- Test planning and execution pertains to all functional and non-functional tests with a strong focus on performance and E2E testing. Here, the challenge will be to balance risk and test effort
- Analyse business processes and system components and relate them to the test cases and test strategy/process
- Run aforementioned activities as a stream lead of a smaller team of experts
Minimum requirements:
- 5 years of practical experience in structured test case design, test processes in general and development of test strategies
- Candidate needs to be able to work independently with a strong delivery driven approach. He will work on all levels and also needs to be able and willing to execute testing himself, when required
- Business analyst skills are required to be able to understand business processes, relate them to test requirements while focussing on most value creating activities
- Experience in (energy) trading business and ETRM systems is a must. Experience with ENDUR is extremely advantageous
- Relevant University degree within the areas of IT and/or Business Administration
