Lead Developer IBM Websphere Message Broker f/m:

• Understanding of the role of WMB in a SOA Solution

• WMB analysis, design, coding, testing and performance experience. Experience must include using
ESQL

• Solid understanding of broker run time components (Flow instances, Execution Groups, broker
instances, etc.)

• Some experience in administration aspects of WMB

• Sound problem solving/troubleshooting skills in WMB

• Solid understanding of integration patterns

• Strong programming/data transformations skills with ESQL

• Solid experience with WMB Nodes (Compute, MQ, SOAP, RouteToLabel etc.) and understanding their
functionality and usage

• Solid experience and understanding of message types (Environment, Local Environment, Exception
etc.) and message headers (MQMD, MQRFH2, Properties etc.)

• Solid experience and understanding of message domains and message parsing in WMB.

• Deep understanding of transactionality concept in WMB

• Solid experience using Web Services in WMB, consuming and exposing web services with SOAP over
HTTP

• Solid experience working with Message Sets/WSDLs

• Solid experience in creating, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of message flows

• WebSphere MQ experience including queues and channels
