Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2787 for a Business Analyst (f/m) with Securities Processing knowledge.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank in Zurich is looking for a Business Analyst who will be engaged with finding solutions to business problems of the banking industry, the analysis of current processes and functionalities as well as with the generation of new business specifications. During the development phases he will work closely together with the colleagues of the application development department. Test-cases will be mainly generated and executed by the dedicated test-team, based on the acceptance criteria the business analyst has been defined.
Tasks
• Understand the requirements and concerns of the various stakeholders.
• Request challenges and describes business requirements of the involved stakeholders.
• Evaluate requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs).
• Generate business specifications including approval criteria.
• Create software requirement specifications.
• Support of the testing units or at the development of test cases.
• Support the project manager in BA related topics.
Requirements
• Broad end-to-end business knowledge of securities processing (Corporate Actions, Clearing & Settlement, Securities Position Keeping and Non Order Room).
• Several years of experience as Business Analyst and strong requirements engineering skills.
• Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML).
• Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• High awareness of quality and deadlines and keen perception.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Soft skills
• Team spirit and dependability, communicative.
• Capable to constructive conflict resolution.
• Able to work under pressure.
