Senior Tester, S3G/W-CDMA/UMTS/4G LTE/IMS/VoLTE/IP/IT network testing (mainly testing design and admittance testing)
eCRM Euro would like to build a team of experts and a task force for industry insight and analysis involving the best practices within German industry and product domains. Gaining a further understanding about the know how of German quality", this will help to impact the competence around the improvement of product design. We would like to focus on some key enable technologies such as testing design, reliability design and maintenance design.
Responsibility
Overall Testing benchmark analysis: Reflect the top-level quality figures and overall of industry status, evolution, and competition, provide the summary of key factors
Testing standardization analysis: Provide the overall landscape of the related standardization and regulation analysis
Testing Organization and process analysis: Provide typical related RnD organization model, role and responsibility, E2E related RandD process, activities and deliverables definitions and quality gate criteria
Testing design methodologies and tools analysis:
Detail analysis of RnD methodologies and tools analysis in order to full-fill the top-level quality target
Testing design competence gap analysis and key learning point: Based on the input from the clients team, provide the gap analysis and key learning point
Testing design competence improvement proposal and project charter:
Provide the improvement proposal for Clients and detail project proposal including roadmap, strategy, resources and etc
Qualification
Over 10- 16 years experience working as a testing designer/reliability design expert with telecom operators, enterprise IT, household, aviation or automotive organisations, the products of the organisaiton representing top-level German quality.
Experience in RnD unit testing, integration testing and verification manufacturing testing and on-line testing or system/sub-system/software level reliability design
Experienced products include telecom, enterprise IT, household, aviation or automotive
Fluent English skills as work language
