Senior Business Analyst Workday HCM/The Netherlands/Contract
My client a leading banking organisation is looking for a Workday HCM consultant. The Consultant will be used in the preparation of the implementation of Workday, including migration, preparation and functional integration.
You will meet the following requirements:
General knowledge/experience:
Experience in preparing and implementing Workday HCM implementations.
Experience as a Business Analyst.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Core HR and Payroll processes
Technical knowledge/experience:
Workday HCM certified
Business Analysis
Data Analysis
Agile Scrum
Stakeholder Management
Competencies:
Results-oriented
Persuasion (Analytical strong, clear and powerful in presentation)
Conceptual strong
Very good communication skills (an interlocutor level. In listening, speaking and writing)
Switch between IT and Business. Good team player.
Language skills:
English, Dutch is highly desirable.

Candidate must stress resistant and yet flexible. The program is very complex and has a high time pressure, this flexibility and creativity is expected.

Candidates who have no experience with Workday implementations do not need to respond.
Duties:
Carry out preparatory work for the implementation of Workday so that the implementation process can be carried out as efficiently as possible.
Deployment concerns advising all workflows within the program.
You give input to the different workflows so they can continue to perform the preparation.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for advising the various workflows so they can continue to prepare the implementation.
You provide substantive advice Attn Workday with other workflows.
You ensure review and advice to them on issues at an early stage in the decision-making process.
