Our client in Berlin is searching for an experienced Data Scientist for a project in Berlin.
Your role:
- Machine Learning to a variety of optimisation problems
- Raw Data Analysis- cleansing, assessing quality, structuring
- Functional and Technical documentation
- Developing new insights and analysis to drive decsions and strategy
- Improving core product quality
- Design and prototype of accurate and scalabale prediction process and algorithms
- Working with the product team- evaluating results from machine learning- structuring business problems
Desired:
- 2+ years experience or a Master's degree
- Studies in Machine Learning/physics/Statisitcs...
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, predictive modelling and data mining
- knowledge of Big Data systems eg. SQL, Hadoop, Hive
- expert knowledge of Python, R, Matlab
- Significance testing
- Coding skills - building of small scripts, to support and develop personal analytical work
- Fluent English
