Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2732 for a MS Office First Level Customer Supporter (f/m).Project environment
A global Swiss Insurance Company in Zurich.
Tasks
Support application owners / testers with questions related to SW Packaging / SW Distribution / Virtual machines.
Requirements
• Basic / mid-level SW packaging (msi / AppV).
• Basic / mid-level SW distribution (SCCM).
• Basic / mid-level understanding of Citrix / Virtual machines.
• Responsible and able to respect deadlines. JIRA knowledge is desirable, but not a must.
• The "basic / mid-levels indicated above mean that this person should be able to understand and troubleshoot the issues related to this areas. He will have a possibility to escalate to experts, but the majority of cases is expected to be resolved by him.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
Soft skills
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with stressed / difficult customers, always polite.
